What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and Transparency. They also need to revisit the Core-values instead of cutting costs to save themselves.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Trust. The only thing that the pandemic has done for the company is ruin warehouse morale, with the way they have handled it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees are regularly asked to do far more then what they were hired to do and paid far less then what they deserve. There is often little appreciation shown. Cutting benefits at the cost of "saving the company" have angered alot of people.
