Overall it's easy, fun, and compensates fairly.
Bad pay. The good employees leave to get paid what they deserve. They can't hire anyone great at the rate they pay, so we get inexperienced people on the cheap, and they get what they pay for. They treat the employees like a liability instead of a person. I can't afford a decent life here. Review from Operations Dept
