Unprofessionalism. Leadership stinks. CSL will let ANYONE work there just to have a body for ratio. I would love to see the comparison of hematoma's, volume loss, and resticks between the two.

Social skills. Anger management. Overall training.

Don't just hire anybody to make the center look good

I am bullied, harassed, mistreated, and a whole lot of discrimination

Again, leadership and supervise classes. I think you're Center manager could dress a little bit more appropriate
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership and management. Hire people that come to work and are not late every day and expect everyone else to pick up their slack

Learning to go to work make your money and go home, grow up and stop gossiping and do your job and don't let your leadership swell your head
