I love working at cumberland farms! Its amazing! I do wish that I had a nicer boss and co workers that understood my disability causes me to go slow most of the time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I Get paid the same day. Usually around 3 Am.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to get a free slushy! that's when I found out workers get free slushies while working!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being there for my team. I may only be a partime but I am always there for them. They are always there for me
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my co workers smile after I make them laugh. Watching the costumers put a big smile on their face after I tell them a funny joke.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my store, I always bring a big smile to my customer. I always try to cheer them up and make sure I see a smile on their face before they leave.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together. Some of us at least. We know how to get the job done. My co workers sometimes have to remind me a few times that I can leave. I guess I love my job too much
