Well , i typically love well like working a Cumberland cumbys very much..., although the Brockton locations of the customers in the area are not that great, I like to keep a positive mindset. It is what you make it.. I take pride in my work like to stay busy. I font cate what task i do ,always 100%

We dont ever have company meetings .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well im dorry but we dont really have a permanent manager, but Manny the temporary manager is great
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved that. I walked in the rain back-and-forth to the interview, but it was boring and it was nothing. I knew that I got the job day or two later.
What makes you most happy at work?
When i can make someone experience a good experience at out store . That makes me happy . I also take pride in my work ethic so anything i can improve makes me happy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I just take pride in my work, and you get to interact different every day. And a lot of times often the same people.(regulars) I'm a people person and like to help people enjoy their experience when visting our store . Happy customers equal more buissness ... more buissness equals more money.
