They could pull there own weight and get there act together instead of putting there work on the other shifts. Management is horrible. Not nice to employees In front of customers. Talks down and belittles them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I go over and beyond for the shift I work. When I come onto my shift nothing is done the store is a mess and the other employee I work with has a hard time doing her side work that I end up doing almost everything. Management is horrible, not nice to employees or customers. Can't keep employees.
