The leadership team, at least in my district, has consistently been understanding and flexible with employees' situations to be able to best fit the needs of the employee
A good team is difficult to build for these positions but is definitely possible and has been seen. issues around team members include attendance, professionalism, and ability to work with other team members.
Cumberland Farms has some of the best benefits I've seen from a company and effective rewards programs such as mystery shops which make up for the low pay of the lower management positions
I believe Cumberland Farms should be more selective about it's hiring to only bring in the best contenders for the positions to be filled, and raise hourly rates to lower management positions or just convert to salary.
