The worst job I ever worked. Very stressful and depressing when it should not be that way. Got a bunch of new managers through out the months and just went down hill very fast

Never any praise always negative and uncaring.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A very negative energy. It gets to be tiring

The occasional nice customers and the few nice memories of past co workers

The manager that no longer works there was so nice and uplifting and very motivating
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to know what they are actually doing and care more about customer needs instead of the back room drama
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciate their workers, actually pay their workers when they take their vacations days(especially when it's right before Christmas and you don't get a pay check) They only tell you what you did wrong never what you did right or how well anyone is doing. The worst people you could work for.
