In the first month, it was overall fine. The only difficulties came from learning the new duties I would perform for the store. Ever since though I have felt used, neglected, underappreciated, harassed, as though my mental health is endangered, etc

Less catty attitudes, less aggressive attitudes, less "I am better than you" mentality
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In large part due to not being told what my benefits even are or where to learn about how to get them. Not being approachable / being aggressive when asked
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing their jobs when they are meant to, not alienating new employees, not holding private information over employees heads, not placing blame on people who were clearly not in the wrong, not harassing employees, no passive aggressive attitudes, divide duties on shift / not put it on one person, etc
