I worked at store 9773, the manager and assistant manager aren't training people properly. There are several cliques which actively had another employee quit from borderline harassment. The store is extremely unprofessional.

Eliminating the clear and obvious boundary between corporate bureaucracy and "team members" who are just trying to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the company would openly and transparently tell the employee what they are going to be making per hour. That the training would be more hands on instead of eight hours of corporate friendly videos which serve no one.
