What are some of the best things about your team?We have the best team imaginable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Employees who have been loyal to the business for a long time and produced amazing sales should be treated as the stellar employees they are. Also, communication would do them a world of good. Actually addressing employee and customer concerns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The particular club I work at, Hustler's Barely Legal in New Orleans, has fallen to total disarray as a result of bad management. Girls are sexually harassed, and continually treated as sub par human beings. People are fired on a whim regardless of sales or loyalty. The club has become a mess.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Communication, and better training, as well as better leadership as a whole.
