  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Delta Airlines?
Ready reserves need actual schedule flexibility and more than one unpaid week of vacation. Working five days a week with ONLY one unpaid week of vacation - whether you are a new ready reserve or have been ready reserve for thirty years, ONE unpaid week of vacation is not enough. Especially since the flexibility has been taken away from ready reserves that have to work five days a week.
