I love Delta Airlines, the compNy us wonderful fir the mist part. But i feel like the moral at Delta DTW needs a serious boost. Work schedules for bidding are horrible.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The friendly professionalism rendered by the interviewer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With the exception of two or three leaders (OSM) not much. They are pretty much invisible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that as a Ready Reserve employee a 401K was provided. Now as a benefited employee not much.
What are some of the best things about your team?
CSA's and most PSA are very supportive of one another. We care for our customers and always willing to go the ectra mile to deliver outstanding customer service.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that ive done everything on my power to successfully put a smile on the face of the customers i serve while meeting all safety regulations and standards as well as meeting our time giaks fir departutes and arrivals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CSA's i work with as well as myself create a fun but safe enviroment offering the clientele we service with a personal touch to their travel exoerience. Always trying to keep our airline as yhe perferred choice of our ytavelers.
