Communication and recognition. Acknowledging hard work

Give incentive to work hard and take on more responsibility.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have not gotten a raise in about 2 years. Despite taking on more responsibility.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

If everyone was held to the same expectations it would really help. Some people work harder and do more but there really is no incentive to since we are paid equally.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Overall there is no incentive to work hard and be a good employee. I get paid the same as crappy works and my efforts were not noticed or appreciated. If you are a hard worker you’re just expected to do more.
