Making passengers happy, letting them know what options we have and including them in on things and being honest with them

We have fun at work and we also include passengers, they have fun with us, a little joy and laughter can go a long way in our passengers lives
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the different races and ethnic groups we have working along side each other, no matter the race to me, I love my fellow coworkers no matter who they are or where they come from
