Oh I don’t know, maybe just ask employees their opinions, and maybe take action instead of ignoring the problems.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quit trying to change what works. It’s not improving moral or management/employee relationships. Don’t hire according to resumes or interviews, but maybe on experience. The incompetence is showing.
