The company environment is solid. For being so diverse and having so many people the atmosphere is great

We need to upgrade more people to full time. It would help with scheduling and make it easier on everybody at work

My coworkers are amazing. We have each other's backs, keep each other safe and put in that second effort to help make the days easier for one another
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a delta employee in Seattle the past 5 years. I have seen that station change from 33 flight a day too 160 a day. And during that time management has been garbage and your always scared to lose your job. We are about to get station of the year and our station gets nothing for it... so ridiculous
