Again, they play favorites. Most are clueless and never have an answer or make it up as they go!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constant disparaging treatment. Our insurance is a joke. They keep lowering our profit sharing every year even tho we continue to make BILLIONS!
What makes you most happy at work?
The company is very cultlike. Management encourages this. You can't even say "union" without being disciplined. Company plays favorites with employees. Unfair treatment to those that don't fit the "brand". Too much emphasis on "brand" and not enough on culture or individuality.
