Finding how un-American the ready reserve program is and getting rid of it and have one payscale for thr SAME job. There is nothing right in having a subset pf second-class employees, aka ready reserves.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ready reserve is what is wrong with Delta. Get rid of the ready reserve program and have just part time or full time and life would be so much better for those second-class employees that are called ready reserves
