Keeps me comfortable knowing even if I don't think of myself retiring, Delta is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I come from a military background. It's nice to know that they're actually there for you instead of disappearing on you or blowing you off when you need help even with the little things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a real team effort compared to other airlines I have worked for. It's honestly better then what I've come across when I was in the military. Knowledge is power and it's strange to me to come across individuals so readily to pass it on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I shockingly know most of the individuals I work with from earlier in life. Some are new to me and have been very helpful in explaining procedures, mechanical and electrical concepts with the aircraft. Majority are aprochable when it comes to seeking knowledge and personal experience on the tasks.
