Most of my coworkers are great. But unity through a union would help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
During a system crash our CEO was in Florida golfing, while the COO sent an email asking us to volunteer our time to help the operation unpaid. That is a truly disgusting juxtaposition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have the highest healthcare costs in the industry. We are the most productive in the industry but not the highest paid. Our stock program is terrible compared to Fortune 500 companies like us.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company might want to involve actual working memebers of a work group before making changes to their work environment. Focus less on Wall Street and more on employee compensation. Give employees better health insurance.
