There is a lack of team work and a failure to follow rules ,regulations and policies.

To get the same pay increase as the pilots and the same profit sharing for the full year

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Help managers to be better leaders, give the employees the time and tools,equipment, to do the job. Cut dead weight.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most of my peers try and care about the job, safety and our passengers, but from leadersip down we are not given time or tools to do the job in the best fashion.
