What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen, they treat us as if we are their customers. Most companies forget that and try to satisfy customers and forget about the life blood of the company, the employees of course.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture I oft compare it to is that of a family. We treat each other like family which is great, but just like real family it can be a little much. It’s all out of love though.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that the interviews are so stringent in most cases getting in with the company isn’t an easy task. Usually they only take on promising individuals that will demonstrate passion for not only the company but those who will take pride in their work. Basically not just there for a check.
