The people and what they bring to the table.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't approve of the 3 man crews on big flights.. Its a lot more stress on us rampers and when u call for help nobody comes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We need more leadership.. People that really understand who's working for them and understand what they go through. Instead of a bunch of power trip people trying to dictate us.
