We are the most profitable airline in the indusrty. Leadership gets paid like the are the most profitable airline..Treat your employees the same!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do not have good work rules like unionized carriers. Our hourly rate is good but a unionized carrier that makes less per/hr actually makes a lot more money when you factor in work rules. We have to work more hours per month to make what the other legacy carriers make necausr they have work rules.
