There was some good time and bad times. Love the work but not all the people and management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Excellent diversified knowledge but no leadership to construct people accordingly
What did you like most about the interview process?
It went well and showed me the company was serious about who they hired
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You have to work on something others have previously started. They leave a mess and not very well documented; plus add additional problems along the way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication and transparency. Compensation and health insurance. Every thing is cosmetic. A/C and elevators are a mess but the buildings inside look fabulous but cheap.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It needs better administration. They say too much but difficult for employee to implement. Better deductibles and out of pocket limits. And no social security off set on legacy pensions.
