People at current station are always late, call off sick, leave early, sit in the back for unlimited amount of time. Dont do fare share of work. Take 1 to 2 hour lunch breaks. Always problems at the gate. People dont wamt to do there job ir they dont know there job.

Interact, quit acting like you are above everyone cause you have wirked for Delta for 15 years. Share information.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be fair to all people. Dont llet some people wear weave braids to there butt . Then make other people put there hair up. Be consistent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, be fair, do what is equal to all parties. Make sure everyone is in uniform. If not send them home. Nake sure all wmployees are well groomed. Why is it you let some people where a tie in there hairand dreads amd weabe down to there butt, but the look book says all hair up if long.
