What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Delta is professional and fun at the same time. We walk the walk not just talk the talk when it comes to how we treat one another and our customers on board.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Delta was very thorough in their interview process. After I passed the video interview, they flew me to Atlanta for group interviews with flight attendants and a one-on-one interview with HR. I loved meeting so many people from different departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ed Bastian is the best CEO I've ever worked for. I trust his experience and vision to move us forward in the critical year ahead as we climb out of this pandemic. The leadership, transparency and communication from the entire executive team was appreciated over the past year-and-a-half of COVID.
