I love what I do, however the politics of the place are terrible. Program directors hide what is going on, ignore supervisors with bad managerial skills. They promote their friends who are not qualified and the place is completely corrupt. If it weren't for my clients I wouldn't stay

After sales service disgrace. Purchased new cable for recliner and they fitted wrong one, after taking unpaid day off work and waiting over 8 months for it. Ordered another and took another day off and they failed to arrive. Said they lost it. Told them i wanted refund. Said another on way.
I feel undervalued and unrewarded as someone with a strong work ethic. Management is atrocious,lazy, people seem to get a job based on who they know and not what they are capable of. Very unfair paystructure between depots is creating a lot of tension. Workload increases weekly.
