Asked to the Product Department at Dollar General

  • They don't have to lay anyone off because once a person realizes how underappreciated they are they quit...they go through employees like fast food chains go through grease!

  • Dollar General doesn’t have to worry about lay offs. Dollar General has an astonishing high turn over rate, like call center high turn over rate. People come and go out of this company like revolving doors and I would know because I’m a current employees. In 9 months, we’ve gone through 2 assistant managers, 3 keyholders, and I don’t know how many cashiers. People obviously feel under valued here at Dollar general, so dollar generals “real” culture/environment is a high turn over rate with a horrible work environment.
