Too little to live on, just enough that it's hard to stop. Fishy business with distance related pay- I think they reduce it on orders that tip well.

Making decisions that benefit the Dasher, creating a relationship between Dashers and app developers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The support team has literally laughed at me when my pay was being withheld during a bank switch. I had no food or gas and rent was due. They laughed at me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Gas is sometimes above 3.00/gal here and some of these people live ten or fifteen miles into the boonies. I lose money on large orders sometimes because the distance pay scales with numbers that have absolutely nothing to do with how far I drive.
