Tell people at the very beginning they're liars and thieves and they'll steal from you and make it seem like it's your fault
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if they apologize for constantly lying to the employees about what they're going to reimburse them for. Also apologize and repay people for all the mistakes they have made on their end and blame it on everybody else
