Realizing that teams perform best when they arent under immense stress. Innovation does not come from teams that are afraid to take risks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are very limited benefits compared to other tech companies (no 401k match) and the comp is on par woth other non-FAANG companies. For a conpany at this size, they should offer more beneifts and comp.
