Management, expectations, giving people the work/life balance thia company preaches but does not deliver on.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people like humans and not robots. Having respect for people. The list is too long.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They set you up for 4 hours of interviewing and still cant really describe the position.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers are fine. But we are all miserable and looking for new jobs. Recently DD tried to install a software that enables our microphone to listen to us 24 hours a day. And we work from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are a lie when they never let you take time off and harrass you for taking sick time when you nearly need to be hospitalized. The job description was not accurate and the pay rate is $20k below market for what we actually do.
