Honestly, the tips are low, you barely make $10 an hour on regular days due to long wait times, the company DRAGS THEIR FEET when it comes to financial assistance, they dont care about employees or dashers. Ive had covid for a week and 9 days later,I still havent hear from anyone about my Covid Pay

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Value the Dasher and Employees as much as the merchants and customers. Pay for long wait times. $15 an hour minium for all dashers over 1000 deliveries
