Wear their masks and be friendly to the merchant

Simplicity, however, it allows anyone to do the job and I've seen Dashers who are on drugs doing the job and its offensive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Your app needs a massive overhaul and the Dashers need instant changes to reflect when there's a mistake instead of we will get back to you which never happens
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every problem I've had there's been no follow through by Door Dash. The support team isn't in America and you can't understand them and they just give you the run around
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
DoorDash needs to start paying attention to what the Dashers say, its unresolved issues are negatively effecting us while they dont make the needed changes we all suffer and loose opportunity
