Hire some IT people who can actually develop apps and programs that work for starters. I dont know.... maybe ramp up business on the East Coast. I cant believe the laziest people are in San fran only

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Building an app that works, paying their drivers actual money USD, Have messages on your website staing various issues you may have or we dont have enough work for drivers in your area would be nice to see then we dont wast a shit ton of time trying to get onboard only to get aggravated 5 days later
