Actually make any attempt at all to screen terrible drivers with zero personal responsibility.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing positive about working for Doordash. It's a miserable soul crushing existence that occasionally helps pay bills. This is the worst job I've ever done or ever heard of anyone I know doing. Every Single Day with Doordash is agonizing torture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay the drivers more than $2.50 per delivery. Pay anything at all for long wait times. Stop working with Walmart. Stop being the worst possible versions of themselves they can be. Stop outsourcing all your customer service to cheap non-english countries you shitheads.
