I've only been working with DoorDash for two weeks and I absolutely hate everything about it so far

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers are fine I don't see them so it doesn't matter

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have a problem where I did not receive my money and I have been contacting DoorDash for over a week trying to resolve the problem and no one's giving me any answers or calls back

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Solving the problem and connecting calls to the right people no one should have to wait weeks to hear back from somebody and still never hear back from them even when you've been harassing them every single day

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Way better management and we need to be able to speak to HR or contact the CEO if needed and We should be able to get transferred to the direct department that we need to get transferred to not try to hear back from them and them never call
