There was no interview. Just a background check

The pay is very good

I have never spoken to anyone in management. There seems to be no top down or even flattened corporate structure
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Unsure. I never interact with anyone, except dash support. They are polite and listen, but it's unknown if they follow through with any of our issues.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Merchants verbally assaulting dashers, and the issue not being elevated to management. This can be remedied by restricting our services for that merchant. Navigator has issues syncing with precise location. Says to turn literally 3 yards from the street and causes late orders and unsafe conditions
