Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I drive for other companies for delivery services. All the others offer a minimum hourly rate. DD says they need people and offer boosts to entice you to sign up, but then you get two orders in four hours, with no boost, because you have to make three for the bonus. I made $5/hr last shift
