Being a driver is good but there is no support for them in payroll matters

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There needs to be more transparency between the company and the drivers. Even though the drivers are independent contractors, thare is no support for them if they have issues with their pay.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is human resource for the drivers.. We do not have a voice if things go wrong with our pay. There is no standard in identifying the employee when they call about an issue.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been waiting for almost a month to be paid. I have talked with support which is the only number that I am allowed to have. Apparently there is not a number for payroll or human resources that can be given out.. I guess it maybe time to escalate to legal action.
