I get paid fairly, for the most part, but Dashers who work full time (as opposed to having it be their side job) should have bonuses, or some other form of incentive.
Most of them don't care about their job or do an awful job at it, making me (and the rest of us who put serious time and effort into the job) look bad, which leads to lower tips and ratings.
