What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are driving all the time and going to many different food places

Theres lots of people that do doordash so we don’t do meetings

We just do our own thing. We’re independent contractors so we don’t work in teams. But with this job we all learn new things
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes we will sit for an hour and not get an order, they need to be more efficient about sending orders to people
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn’t have an interview just a background check and then they sent me all the things I need so it was very simple
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We get paid per delivery and it all depends on how much people want to tip you and sometimes they’ll want you to drive long distances for little money.
