While overall bonuses were decent at first, as your city becomes more saturated, the bonuses decrease. With the current pay scale, pay has decreased significantly if you can get on the schedule.

Abiility to set your own hours and work at your own pace
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hold restaurants and customers more accountable for mishaps, delays in orders or issues dropping off deliveries. Revisit tipping and incentives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Doing their best to carve a place for themselves and Dashers in the food delivry market against Uber and all other competitors. Announcemnts about change to pay structure/in app tipping indicate the company is moving in the right direction
