So far, I have enjoyed working for DoorDash.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to drive my own vehicle.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I never spoke to anyone in person. So, i wasn't judged off of the way i look.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand that people have lives so they aren't able to work everyday of the week. Allowing their employees to work their own schedule is also a great thing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Customers now do not tip cash on delivery. So, taking that in mind and adding an extra money to compensate for not getting tips. Like GrubHub pays way better. They pay per hour plus 2 or 3 other ways per delivery and per hour plus they pay a gas wage as well.
