DoorDash is a new company and naturally has some gliches, but I enjoy working with them and have been impressed by their positive and proactive response to feedback and problems as they arrive.

I am an independent contractor and driver and I'm happy with the payout system.

We don't work in a team, however, we have the opportunity to participate in round tables and feedback sessions.

I enjoy making people's lives easier and happier on those days when you can enjoy a delivered to your home!

The app is easy, and the people at the help desk are friendly and helpful, and I enjoy what I do.

I like their positivity, their personal and clear communication, and their innovation as they find ways to improve and best serve their customers and the drivers.
