it started off rather nice but now it has gone down so much
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
nothing . we all do a great job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are not working with anyone which in itself is a positive thing
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should appreciate us drivers more and pay us what they should be paying us instead of just profiting off us ,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay us worse than minimum wage. We get a small base pay of only $1 and our tips, we dont get what we are worth
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
i know i am not gonna get paid much and i am forced to work 12-14 hrs a day just to leave with a satisfactory amount
