It has had it's ups and downs. It is starting to get better though so I am hopeful.
What makes you most happy at work?
High Bonuses or tips from customers. I also enjoy the occasional $20 delivery.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't an interview at all. Just a background check and license/insurance check to make sure you are good to go.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like providing some amount of compensation for fuel and vehicle wear/tear would be a good start. I am not asking for them to keep my gas tank full, just to compensate a percentage based on miles driven while dashing. Maybe discounted oil changes too :)
