I had several problems with the application that were never fixed and when I called I was told they would be fix but never would you're supposed to work in the area you're like but instead they send you farther and farther away
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty fast and quick
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it is dangerous you risk your life and get fired for something you didn't do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to fix the app first of all and not fire people unjustly for things out of their control!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the pay is to low for the distance the majority of the time and you can't even speak to a real person just customer service which are so rude
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You drive around all day and almost get killed sometimes because people don't know how to drive and the company doesn't even give you anything for it They fire you instead for something that was a mistake on their part
